Summary:
Greylock recently backed a new seed-stage fintech company, currently in stealth, focused on tackling a critical challenge in financial fraud. It’s an early, ambitious bet in a complex space—where the right product decisions can fundamentally reshape how risk is understood, detected, and acted on.
They’re hiring their first Product Manager based in Tel Aviv to help drive product strategy and execution from the ground up. You’ll work closely with the founders and engineering team to define the roadmap, prioritize high-impact opportunities, and bring clarity to an inherently complex problem space. This is a highly ownership-driven role with direct influence on the product’s direction from day one. Previous experience building for fintech is highly preferred.
What they’re looking for:
- Strong product judgment with experience navigating complex, data-heavy domains (fintech, security, or similar a plus)
- Track record of building and shipping products in fast-paced, early-stage environments
- Ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear product strategy and roadmap
- Deep collaboration with engineering and design; highly technical fluency preferred
- Analytical mindset with comfort using data to inform decisions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to align cross-functional teams
