What you'll do
AEC firms spend hundreds of hours manually hunting for and assembling proposals. You'll build the specialized platform that helps these firms discover relevant opportunities from government portals, analyze them for fit and risk, and draft compliant proposals using their institutional knowledge, turning weeks of proposal work into days.
You will:
- Own large pieces of the product end-to-end. You will talk to users, architect solutions, and ship code directly to production.
- Write and deploy code across our core stack (Next.js, React, Python/FastAPI).
- Optimize LLM interactions, embedding strategies, and retrieval systems for accuracy and speed.
Who you are
- Experienced: 5+ years building production web applications. You've gone from zero to one before.
- Full Stack: You're highly capable in both frontend and backend.
- AI Pragmatist: You've built durable AI/ML systems. You understand LLMs, RAG architectures, and vector embeddings in a production environment.
- Self-Directed: You do not need a product manager. You can figure out what needs to be built and you execute.
- Bonus: Experience in the AEC industry, Microsoft Word integrations (Office.js), or Temporal.
