India delivery center is one of our global delivery and capability hub. We bring together experts in AI, engineering, analysis, quality, and architecture to deliver product & process solutions, application run services, change and transformation initiatives, and centralized platform services across both on prem and Guidewire Cloud environments. Our teams operate from multiple global delivery centers, supporting Zurich’s business units worldwide.


ECC is responsible for overseeing Zurich’s IT Change Management processes and coordinating the response to all major incidents (Sev 3WL and above) through gathering the appropriate technical SMEs, driving triage and troubleshooting, handling incident communications, identifying cause and approving appropriate corrective measures. This is supported by our ECC Technologies which help provide observability across our hybrid IT environment.


Role Overview:

The Digital.AI Developer (DevOps Engineer) provides Level 1 and Level 2 operational support for the Digital.ai platform, ensuring platform stability, availability, and performance. The role focuses on monitoring, incident triage, routine operational tasks, ticket management, and clear communication with stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

Platform Support:

Operational Activities:

  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for the Digital.ai platform
  • Monitor platform health, system alerts, and dashboards to ensure availability and performance
  • Perform initial triage and troubleshooting of incidents and service requests
  • Track, manage, and resolve support tickets within SLA timelines
  • Escalate complex issues to senior engineers with clear diagnostics and logs.


Operational Activities:

Support routine operational activities, including:

  • Job monitoring and failure analysis
  • Platform restarts and basic maintenance
  • Validation after deployments or upgrades.


Documentation and Procedures:

  • Maintain and follow support runbooks and standard operating procedures (SOPs).


Communication:

  • Communicate status updates clearly with onshore teams and stakeholders.


Skills and Experience Required:

  • Minimum 5–6 years of experience
  • Good understanding of DevOps Platforms like JIRA, Azure DevOps
  • At least basic understanding of workflows in ServiceNow.
