Key Responsibilities

1.Support daily administrative operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace environment

2.Coordinate and manage various office-related services and resources

Communicate and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support business needs

3.Assist in organizing meetings, events, and employee-related activities

4.Support process optimization and implementation of administrative policies and standards

5.Handle routine administrative tasks and provide timely support to employees

6.Maintain accurate records, documentation, and basic data tracking

7.Support cross-functional projects and ad-hoc tasks as required


Qualifications

1.Bachelor’s degree or above

2.1–3 years of experience in administration, operations, or related fields

3.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and engaging content

4.Well-organized with good attention to detail

5.Able to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment

6.Proactive and responsible with a strong sense of ownership

7.Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

8.English required; Chinese or Polish is a plus
