To accelerate our global expansion, expand our brand presence, we are looking for motivated Partner Account Manager (m/f/d) for 40 hours/week to as soon as possible in Bogota (Colombia) for the SOLA region. This role will report directly to the Country Manager Iberia, LATAM, and Italy.

Your Job
- You will identify as well as continuously supervise and develop a network of regional sales partners and distributors in SOLA region.
- You will oversee the onboarding process of new partners and build long-term, successful business relationships.
- You will organize and coordinate both online and in-person training sessions for our partners, including product training, while ensuring the effective implementation of the Hornetsecurity Partner Program.
- You will define and drive business plans with partners, closely monitoring their growth and ensuring continuous strategic and commercial development.
- You will actively participate in industry events, fairs, and partner meetings, promoting our solutions and strengthening brand presence.
- You will create accurate sales forecasts and define actionable strategies to ensure business targets in SOLA region are achieved.
- Internally, you will collaborate closely with teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Product Management. Externally, you will act as a key point of contact, representing the company with professionalism and expertise.
- You will regularly update our CRM system with the relevant partner and deal with information to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
Your Profile
- You have a solid IT knowledge through your education, your academic studies or a comparable qualification – ideally in the area of IT security or cloud services.
- You have at least five years of professional experience in the field of IT and a strong understanding of complex IT solutions and business processes.
- Valuable knowledge and existing relationships within MSPs and MSSP in SOLA region will be considered a strong asset for this role.
- You have relevant experience in dealing with sales partners and distributors in LATAM and have been able to successfully develop partners strategically and economically.
- You have a talent for communication and are competent and confident in dealing with partners and customers.
- Experience with enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN Selling, and Miller Heiman is highly valued, especially in complex Partners or end users’ environments involving multiple stakeholders.
- You offer a high willingness to travel and enjoy convincing customers and partners of Hornetsecurity Services in presentations and negotiations.
- You will convince customers with your winning personality and enjoy working in an international team.
- You are fluent in English and Spanish – both written and verbal.
- You motivate yourself with your own successes and pursue your quarterly goals with passion.
- You are an organizational talent and know how to set priorities in favor of the Hornetsecurity Group.
