本ポジションは、造影剤自動注入装置「CT motion™」の日本市場導入および事業成長をリードするProduct Manager - Marketingです。

GEヘルスケアは2026年4月より、CT motion™を日本市場で本格展開します。本製品は自動シリンジレス技術により、

• CT造影検査におけるワークフロー効率化
• 造影剤使用量および廃棄量の最適化
• 医療従事者の負担軽減と環境負荷低減

を同時に実現するソリューションであり、「サステナブルラジオロジー」という新しい価値を市場に提供します。

本ポジションでは、こうした製品価値を日本の臨床・市場特性に合わせて定義・翻訳し、Go-to-Market戦略から上市後の成長加速までを一気通貫で担っていただきます。

Job Description

主な業務内容

• CT motion™に関する日本市場向け製品・マーケティング戦略の立案と実行
• 市場調査・顧客インサイト（放射線科医、診療放射線技師、病院経営層）の分析
• 競合製品・代替技術（従来型インジェクター等）の評価と差別化ポイントの明確化
• 価値提案（Value Proposition）・メッセージングの構築
• 営業、アプリケーション、サービス、薬事、グローバルチームとのクロスファンクショナル連携
• KOLや学会、学術活動を通じた製品認知・信頼性向上の推進
• 上市後の製品パフォーマンス分析と改善アクションの企画

• 造影剤自動注入装置
• 自動シリンジレス技術により準備工程を削減し、検査効率を向上
• 造影剤使用の最適化により医療廃棄物削減と環境負荷軽減に貢献
• 造影剤供給が不安定な市場環境における病院経営・診療継続性の課題解決ソリューション

応募資格

必須条件（Must）

• 医療機器または製薬業界におけるマーケティング／プロダクト関連業務経験（目安3年以上）
• 製品戦略・上市・成長フェーズのいずれかに主体的に関わった経験
• 社内外ステークホルダーを巻き込みながら業務を推進できるコミュニケーション力
• 日本語ネイティブレベル、英語での基本的な業務コミュニケーション力

• 放射線診断領域（CT、造影、インジェクター等）の知識・経験
• 新規事業／新製品立ち上げ経験
• サステナビリティ、医療DX、ワークフロー改善に関心のある方
