Job summary:

The Account Manager is responsible for prospecting, acquiring, and nurturing client relationships. You will work closely with corporate clients to understand their business needs and offer appropriate ICT and Telco solutions. Your role is crucial in ensuring excellent customer experience and sustained business growth.


Key responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Manage and grow relationships with corporate and key accounts.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
  • Maintain a strong client retention rate and customer satisfaction.


Job qualifications:

  • Experience in sales, preferably in ICT or Telco industries.
  • Proven track record in solutions selling and client management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of ICT and Telco products.
  • Candidates should have majority experience in Telco with corporate B2B selling experience.
  • Experience in ICT (e.g., cybersecurity, cloud, network solutions such as Cisco/Huawei, Office 365) is also acceptable.
  • Must be comfortable engaging with Type C executives.
  • Must be a resident of Manila. Travel is expected as part of the role.
