About the Job:
- As a Sales & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for handling the following:
- Developing and executing integrated sales and marketing strategies aligned with company goals
- Strengthening brand presence through digital, traditional, and partnership marketing initiatives
- Identifying opportunities, managing sales pipelines, and driving sales performance
- Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to support strategic decisions
- Leading, mentoring, and motivating the sales and marketing team toward high performance
Qualifications for this Position:
- Bachelor鈥檚 Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing Management
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
