What We’re Looking For
- 4–7 years in B2B marketing
- You’ve owned campaigns, not just contributed to them
- Strong writer—clear, concise, and conversion-focused
- Hands-on with HubSpot or similar tools
- High agency—you don’t wait for instructions
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, low-structure environment
- Output: how much you ship
- Quality: how well it performs
- Ownership: how independently you operate
- Not a pure content role
- Not a junior coordinator
- Not a strategy-only position
