Lightware Visual Engineering is a globally operating manufacturer of high-end video hardware for video signal processing. We conceive, design, and produce our products within the EU, delivering leading performance across several key market segments, including Education, Defense, and various corporate applications. Due to our continued growth, we are expanding our team in the Benelux region to further strengthen our presence in the AV/UC market. Therefore, we are looking for a Sales and Channel Account Manager. This role is essential for strengthening and maintaining our relationships in the audiovisual market.

The primary responsibility in this role is to develop high-level relationships, including account planning and opportunity management. This is a full-time position based at our office in Naarden, with responsibility for the Dutch market.

For this new role, we are looking for candidates with a proven track record in achieving revenue growth, a strong sense of ownership regarding business objectives, and consistency. We prefer someone who takes responsibility for revenue targets and independently develops a well-thought-out strategy to create new business opportunities among existing customers and newly developing markets.


Qualifications and role requirements:

  • Demonstrable market insight and solid technical knowledge, with the ability to create business value for your accounts and build long-term customer relationships.
  • Maintaining regular contact with our customers and delivering product presentations to different levels within our client base.
  • Actively collaborating with integration partners to promote Lightware’s unique product portfolio.
  • Working with international Sales and Product Marketing teams (colleagues) to develop suitable solutions and proposals, and achieving successful sales through local customer channels.
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to improve business processes and leveraging opportunities to better position our products in the market.


Job requirements:

  • Experience in the audiovisual sector or a related IT market in a commercial and/or technical role, preferably with a distributor or manufacturer of similar products.
  • Experience across various market segments such as Unified Communications, Collaboration, videoconferencing, Commercial AV, video streaming, cloud solutions, and IT is an advantage.
  • Experience with sales budgeting, tracking, and funnel management in Salesforce CRM (or a similar system).
  • Experience with tendering and proposal processes (RFPs) within government, corporate, and education sectors.
  • A business degree or equivalent qualifications in the technology sector is preferred.
  • Native-level fluency in Dutch, both spoken and written in a business context, is required.
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written, is required.
  • Preferably residing in the central Netherlands / Randstad region.
