Backend Engineer - ERP Systems & Data Migration (AI-Enhanced Role)(f/m/d)

Your Impact: The 90-Day Challenge

Your first major mission will be to decode and master our complex technical landscape. You will dive deep into a map of dependencies to understand how information flows between Infor and SAP. You won't be doing it alone: you will leverage tools like Claude Code to accelerate development and transform complex business requirements into high-level technical solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Technical Ownership: Design, develop, and maintain ERP technical components, interfaces, and integrations.
• Data Migration Hero: Take full ownership of data migration processes from Infor to SAP, ensuring a seamless transition.
• Zero Functional Work: Forget about pure functional consultancy. Your focus is 100% technical: building efficient, scalable, and maintainable code.
• AI Collaboration: Implement AI to optimize key projects like 4ward or Coupa, and use it to navigate and document knowledge within Confluence/Jira.
• High-Level Collaboration: Work closely with 5 Business Analysts and 3 Product Owners in a high-performance Agile environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 2–3 years as a technical ERP developer (SAP, Infor, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.).
• Tech Stack: Solid programming skills (ABAP, Java, .NET, or SQL) and understanding of integration concepts (ETL, APIs, BAPI, IDoc).
• Language: Fluent English is essential for collaborating with our international team.
• Mindset: A proactive problem-solver with a "no-blocker" attitude and a hunger for continuous learning.
• Location: Hybrid format from any of our offices in Alcobendas, Logroño, Barcelona, Valencia, or Seville.

Extra Points For...

• A strong track record in Financial Process Implementation (deploying finance modules).
• Experience connecting third-party applications with core ERP systems.
• Familiarity with Agile development environments.
