Software Developer – Salesforce & AI

Mirketa Inc is looking to hire Developers with Salesforce and AI development background to join its Engineering team. Developer will work on internal product development and client projects. The technology platforms would be Salesforce and common Agentic Platforms and LLM models. The position will be based out of Dublin, CA and will require to work from office 4 days/week. The responsibilities will include:

• Review project requirements and create Salesforce custom programs or configure Salesforce setup
• Create AI agents using opensource stack
• Work with product managers and business users on requirements discovery
• Educate business users on platform capabilities and constraints
• Create low level design
• Configure Salesforce to meet business needs
• Custom coding using AI coding platforms (Apex, force.com, Visualforce, Python, Scripting, AWS LWC, Aura, Open AI, Gemni, Llama)
• Help with Salesforce release process
• Develop System Integration
• Coordinate development activities with India team

Qualifications:

Must have

• Bachelors or Associate degree
• 3+ years of software development experience (hands on coding)
• 2+ years of Salesforce development experience
• 2+ years of experience in Python
• 1+ years of development experience building agentic solution
• Expertise in coding using Claude or similar platform
• Great communication skills
• Self driven
• Team player
• Nice to have Experience working with offshore team
• US Citizen or Greencard

Travel

Job will require some travel within US and outside US.

Compensation

Salary - $90k (includes bonus)

Benefits: Full health benefits +3% contribution to 401k + 2 weeks PTO
