About the Role

They’re looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Full Stack Product Engineer to help build the next generation of products powering industrial operations. You’ll work closely with the CTO and engineering leadership to design and build systems across web, mobile, backend infrastructure, AI workflows, and core platform architecture. This role offers broad ownership and the opportunity to influence both technical direction and product strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead development across frontend and backend systems
• Architect core systems powering real-time matching and operational workflows
• Design and build scalable web applications, distributed systems, and APIs
• Partner closely with product and design teams to create exceptional user experiences
• Drive engineering best practices around scalability, reliability, and performance
• Build monitoring and observability systems to improve product quality
• Help shape long-term technical architecture and platform direction
• Contribute as a foundational member of a fast-moving team

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of software engineering experience
• Experience building and shipping production systems end-to-end
• Strong full-stack product engineering mindset
• Comfortable owning problems from idea through execution
• Experience designing scalable systems and APIs
• Strong product intuition and customer empathy
• Thrive in fast-moving startup environments with ambiguity
• Experience with technologies such as TypeScript, React, React Native, Python, or distributed systems is a plus
• Exposure to AI systems, ML workflows, infrastructure, or marketplace platforms is valuable

Pay range and compensation package

Base: $140K–$300K + Equity

Location: New York / San Francisco
