Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in a high growth startup
- Experience with AI first products would be a plus
- Prior experience building 0→1 or scaling product features
- High ownership and bias for action
- Strong familiarity with AI tools and actively using them in day-to-day work
- Familiarity with prompt iteration, evaluation, or output quality frameworks
- Good product sense with an eye for UX/UI (especially dashboards and user-facing features)
- Metrics-driven mindset
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and move quickly
