We are building the future of finance in Chile and are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of our personal loan product. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in fintech or consumer lending, knowledge of credit portfolios, and experience launching products from scratch.
Requirements
- 4-6 years as PM in fintech or consumer lending
- Knowledge of the credit portfolio and experience making decisions with those numbers
- Experience launching products from scratch: definition, go-to-market, and first iterations post-launch
- Knowledge of the originations funnel: how it's designed, where it falls, and how it's optimized
- Experience working with Risk and Growth when they have different incentives
- Intermediate SQL
- University degree in Civil Engineering, Economics, Administration, or related fields
- Intermediate English
