The Role
We are looking for a hands-on Site Reliability Engineer to be a core member of our SRE team. You'll be at the heart of our live site operations - owning incidents, driving reliability improvements, and building the tooling that keeps our platform running at scale. You'll work closely with and be mentored by our Staff SRE, with plenty of room to grow.
What You'll Do
- Own live site reliability - responding to incidents, driving resolution, and following through with post-mortems and permanent fixes.
- Develop solid product knowledge across our platform, building the understanding needed to diagnose and resolve issues independently.
- Monitor platform health, identify risks proactively, and act before they become incidents.
- Build and improve operational tooling and automation to make the team more effective.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to improve reliability across the stack.
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience as an SRE or in a similar operations role in a production environment.
- Solid understanding of cloud environments, with AWS experience preferred; GCP and on-premise experience are a bonus.
- Good coding and scripting skills - you're comfortable writing tools and automation to solve operational problems.
- Familiarity with observability concepts - you know how to use metrics, logs, and traces to understand what's happening in a system.
- An AI-first mindset - you naturally reach for AI tools to work smarter and are curious about building with them.
- A strong sense of ownership - you see things through to completion and don't leave problems for someone else to solve.
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibility over time.
