We at Coforge are hiring for an experienced GenAI / Agentic AI Engineer (Airlines Domain) with a strong background in Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs & RAG architectures, preferably with Airlines/Aviation domain exposure with the following skill set:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions for airline use cases.
• Build and optimize LLM-based applications using techniques such as RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
• Develop Agentic AI workflows for autonomous decision-making, orchestration, and task execution.
• Implement AI solutions for airline systems such as customer support, booking assistance, operations analytics, disruption management, and personalization.
• Integrate AI models with airline platforms including PSS, booking engines, and operational systems.
• Deploy and manage AI solutions on Azure and AWS cloud environments.
• Work with APIs, data pipelines, and real‑time data sources.
• Ensure model performance, scalability, security, and compliance.
• Collaborate with product, data, engineering, and business teams to translate airline requirements into AI solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years of work experience with Agentic AI Development.
• 2+ years of work experience with Airline Reservations.
