Information Security Manager / ISMS Manager (m/w/d)

Join our team and help us shape Motel One together. As an Information Security Manager / ISMS Manager, you will develop and maintain our Information Security Management System (ISMS) sustainably, establish security standards in the company, and support departments and projects safely.

Requirements

• Operational support of the CISO in the development and control of the ISMS
• Takeover and standardization of defined tasks of the decentralized ISOs
• Ensure compliance with information security requirements in departments, projects, and for service providers
• Steering of information security risks, including monitoring of measures
• Planning and implementation of security reviews, audits, and service provider evaluations
• Coordination of security incidents, as well as support for preventive and countermeasures
• Advisory services for internal stakeholders on the safe introduction of new technologies, systems, and processes
• Autonomous leadership of selected IT and security projects, as well as end-to-end responsibility for defined IT security services
• Preparation of operational questions, risks, and escalations, as well as integration of the CISO on strategically relevant topics
