Pay range:$180,000 -$190,000 Per Year

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to design, build, and scale enterprise-grade AI systems for a remote, full-time position.

The role involves leading the development of intelligent systems, working closely with various teams, and utilizing advanced technologies to meet business needs.

Design and scale AI systems for enterprise environments.

Lead architecture decisions and guide engineering teams.

Collaborate with product teams and stakeholders to develop AI platforms.

Implement agent workflows and memory-aware reasoning systems.

Ensure systems operate reliably in production environments.

Translate business problems into robust AI solutions.

Drive technical reviews and solution trade-off decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead design and implementation of scalable AI systems.

Translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Guide engineering teams on design patterns and standards.

Implement multi-agent systems with planning and reasoning capabilities.

Ensure observability and compliance in AI systems.

Qualifications

8 years of experience in AI/ML and intelligent systems development.

Proven experience delivering AI solutions in large-scale environments.

Strong understanding of AI architectures and multi-agent systems.

Proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks.

Experience with information retrieval and knowledge systems.
