Chief AI Engineer

We are building a Chief AI Engineer role to help clients accelerate AI programs across agentic support, staff training, and agentic shopping use cases. You will lead delivery of LLM-based agents, strengthen reliability with hallucination prevention, and guide responsible AI practices—apply now.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine AI agents using LLMs such as OpenAI APIs on Azure
• Design and implement function calling patterns to extend AI agent capabilities
• Ensure chatbot accuracy and dependability through hallucination prevention techniques
• Integrate and streamline AI workflows with Python
• Collaborate on responsible AI and compliance efforts to align with ethical AI guidelines
• Lead Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Conversational AI development initiatives
• Partner with teams to enable agent-based training and AI-driven shopping solutions

Requirements

• Proven track record with 7+ years of experience working with LLMs, Claude Code, or comparable technologies
• Hands-on coding expertise in Python for AI solution development and integration
• Deep understanding of hallucination prevention approaches and MCP
• Solid background in Responsible AI, compliance best practices, and ethical AI principles
• Advanced expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Conversational AI
• English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher

Nice to have

• Ability to define and implement testing strategies using chatbot performance metrics
• Proficiency in exploratory data analysis (EDA) and A/B testing methodologies
• Understanding of cloud services or ability to define cloud engineering requirements
• Experience creating data requirements for data engineering teams
