We are seeking a Data Manager to support KPS and our government customer. The position is remote and requires the candidate to be able to obtain a Public Trust.
Requirements
- Master of Science degree with 8 years of experience OR a Bachelor of Science degree with 10 years of experience in public health, data science, statistics, social sciences, or related disciplines.
- Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in data management, qualitative/quantitative data analysis, and architecting secure federal data environments.
- Proven experience conducting primary qualitative data collection (interviews, focus groups) with sensitive or high-risk populations.
- Expert proficiency with qualitative data analysis software (e.g., NVivo, MAXQDA, Atlas.ti) and quantitative statistical platforms (e.g., SAS, SPSS, R, Stata).
- Deep understanding of FISMA (Federal Information Security Management Act) requirements, secure file transfer protocols (SFTP), and federal data de-identification standards.
