Job Description

We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer to design, build, and deploy machine learning models and AI-driven solutions that solve real business problems. The role involves working with large datasets, developing scalable ML pipelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into production systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI solutions

• Build and maintain data pipelines for training and inference

• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation

• Optimize models for performance, scalability, and accuracy

• Deploy models using APIs, microservices, or cloud platforms

• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders

• Monitor model performance and retrain models as needed

• Implement MLOps practices (CI/CD, model versioning, monitoring)

• Stay updated with latest advancements in AI/ML

Required Skills

Core Technical Skills

• Strong programming in Python (mandatory), plus Java/Scala (optional)

• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms (supervised, unsupervised, deep learning)

• Experience with ML frameworks:

o TensorFlow / PyTorch / Scikit-learn

• Data handling using:

o Pandas, NumPy, SQL

• Experience with REST APIs and model deployment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with NLP / Computer Vision / Generative AI (LLMs)

• Knowledge of Transformers, Hugging Face, Lang Chain

• Exposure to RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems

• Experience in real-time inference systems
