Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive IT experience across infrastructure, systems administration, networking, cybersecurity, and business applications.
- 5+ years of IT leadership experience managing internal staff and external vendors.
- Experience supporting multi-location retail, hospitality, restaurant, fitness, healthcare, franchise, or similarly distributed operating environments.
- Experience managing remote teams.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, cloud infrastructure, networking, endpoint management, cybersecurity fundamentals, and enterprise applications.
- Experience supporting POS systems and location-based operational technologies.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
