But contract processes are slow, built for a world before AI, and they create bottlenecks for the people who actually execute them: sales, procurement, operations, every single day.

Miramis is changing that. We build AI-native Contract Lifecycle Management software on the premise that contracts touch every team, so the tools should too. Our platform puts contract work in the hands of the people who execute it, without requiring them to be lawyers or wait for one. Legal sets the guardrails. Everyone else moves faster within them.

Our AI agent, PLAI, runs throughout the contract lifecycle. It powers intelligent approval flows, extracts and structures data from entire contract archives, and turns what used to take weeks into minutes. It gives business teams the intelligence to act without bottlenecks.

Contracts look like documents. They are actually structured data, relationships, obligations, and logic. Most tools treat them as flat text. We are building the infrastructure that does not.

We're a small team of strong engineers who care about what they build. We're growing, and we're looking for someone who brings engineering depth alongside genuine curiosity about the product. Someone who wants to understand what they're building and why, not just how.

What you’ll do

• Design and ship LLM-powered features end-to-end, from prompt architecture to production monitoring
• Build and maintain agentic pipelines: orchestration, tool use, parallelisation, failure handling
• Define evaluation methodology: metrics, experiments, thresholds for shipping, and ensure high-quality AI implementation
• Identify product opportunities in the technical layer and scope them without waiting to be asked
• Make pragmatic decisions across model providers based on cost, latency, and capability tradeoffs
• Write code that your teammates depend on

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on experience shipping LLM-powered features to real users: prompt engineering, output parsing, evaluation, cost and latency tradeoffs
• Experience designing and operating agentic pipelines: orchestration, tool use, parallelisation, failure handling
• Strong backend fundamentals in Node.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL and event-driven systems
• Ability to optimise LLM-powered features for cost and performance
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity: you scope your own work, run experiments, and know when something is good enough to ship
• Clear communication with non-technical stakeholders
