Singularity Search has been exclusively retained to appoint a Senior Machine Learning Engineer for a rapidly scaling AI HealthTech leader that has seen immense growth year-over-year in Sweden whilst also expanding its operations across Europe.

Their advanced AI-powered platform leverages cutting-edge Machine Learning, Predictive Modelling, Computer Vision and GenAI to deliver intelligent insights and improved clinical outcomes across healthcare.

This is a rare opportunity to join a very profitable, scaling business who are investing heavily in data infrastructure, Computer Vision and AI to power its next phase of growth.

In this role, you will design, develop and productionise sophisticated machine learning models and GenAI systems at the heart of a transformative healthcare platform.

Through close collaboration with the technology leadership team, you’ll work across the full ML lifecycle, blending classical techniques with advanced LLM and agentic applications to turn complex domain challenges into scalable, high-impact solutions.

Hybrid: 2 days/week in office

Salary: Fixed salary up to 90k SEK per month

The role:

• Design, train and deploy production-grade machine learning models and end-to-end pipelines to solve complex real-world challenges in healthcare
• Build and optimise LLM-powered features, generative AI applications, RAG systems and multi-step agentic workflows
• Lead rigorous experimentation, model evaluation, A/B testing and metrics-driven iteration to continuously improve system performance
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business and domain requirements into robust, scalable AI solutions
• Implement MLOps best practices, monitoring, drift detection and continuous improvement of all deployed ML and GenAI systems

Who we’re looking for:

• Strong Python expertise with 5+ years writing production-grade code and hands-on experience with modern machine learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow)
• Practical, hands-on experience developing and deploying Large Language Models, generative AI and agentic systems
• Proven track record of shipping complete ML features end-to-end (not just research prototypes) into live production environments
• Solid foundation in classical machine learning combined with a strong interest in GenAI applications and a product-oriented mindset
