JOB DESCRIPTION FORM
1. Job Purpose Statement
Design and build agentic, AI‑driven digital journeys that autonomously guide customers, dealers, and internal users across discovery, decision‑making, and execution touchpoints. The role enables next‑generation experiences by orchestrating AI agents, data, APIs, and workflows to deliver personalized, outcome‑oriented journeys at scale.
2. Duties & Responsibilities
- Agentic Journey Design: Architect and implement AI‑powered, multi‑step digital journeys using autonomous or semi‑autonomous agents across web, app, dealer, and assisted channels.
- AI Agent Development: Build and integrate task‑oriented agents that can reason, plan, call tools/APIs, maintain context, and execute actions (e.g., eligibility checks, offer discovery, document guidance).
- Journey Orchestration: Orchestrate human‑in‑the‑loop, rule‑based, and AI‑driven decisions across journeys using state machines, workflows, and agent coordination.
- Experience Intelligence: Use signals from user behavior, data events, and feedback loops to dynamically adapt journeys in real time.
- Platform & Integration: Integrate agents with core systems, data platforms, CRM, and external services while ensuring resilience and scalability.
- Monitoring & Optimization: Track journey success metrics (completion, drop‑offs, resolution time), agent performance, and continuously optimize outcomes.
- Responsible AI & Compliance: Ensure explainability, auditability, guardrails, and regulatory compliance across AI‑led journeys.
