Main Responsibilities
- Strategic Forecasting & P&L Management
- New Product Forecasting: Lead the forecasting process for all New Product Developments (NPD), ensuring alignment with regional benchmarks and local market insights.
- Financial Stewardship: Collaborate with fellow Product Managers to achieve category growth while meticulously meeting Top-line (Revenue) and Bottom-line (Profitability) targets.
- Inventory Optimization: Partner with Demand Planning to ensure healthy stock levels, minimizing OOS while managing inventory freshness.
- Category Ownership & Strategy
- Visionary Leadership: Act as the Category Owner, defining long-term product strategies based on evolving market trends, competitor landscapes, and consumer needs in Taiwan.
- Performance Accountability: Take full accountability for achieving category objectives, managing marketing budgets with precision, and translating consumer feedback into actionable growth plans.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Monitor product performance throughout its lifecycle, identifying opportunities for core-range expansion or optimization.
- GTM Excellence & Stakeholder Orchestration
- Integrated Marketing 360: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for both Global and Local campaigns, ensuring every touchpoint—from new store openings to local activations—is aligned with Aesop’s brand values and business guidelines.
- Cross-Functional Synergy: Serve as the key liaison between Global/Regional (DMI) teams and local execution partners, ensuring seamless communication and adherence to brand standards.
- Experiential Brand Building: Work closely with VM and CRM teams to create immersive consumer experiences that transcend traditional retail.
- Professional Pedigree: 6+ years of experience in Product Marketing, ideally within the Prestige Beauty, Skincare, or FMCG Retail sectors.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to lead complex, high-stakes product launches and manage large-scale marketing campaigns.
- Analytical Prowess: Advanced proficiency in Excel (complex modeling) and Power BI; comfortable translating data into strategic narratives.
- Interpersonal Excellence: A strong self-starter with exceptional communication skills and the ability to cultivate positive, influential relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Aesop DNA: A refined aesthetic sensibility and a genuine passion for the arts, design, and culture.
- Operational Agility: The ability to multi-task in a high-velocity environment while maintaining an unwavering commitment to detail-oriented excellence.
- Linguistic Versatility: Native-level fluency in Mandarin and professional proficiency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory for seamless regional collaboration.
