We're hiring: Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer

📍 Location: Geneva (4 days on-site, 1 day remote)

📅 Duration: April 2026 till March 2027 (12 months) - Full time Base (100%)

We’re looking for a hands-on and business-minded Data Scientist / ML Engineer to join a dynamic and high-impact team working on real-world machine learning solutions, from recommender systems to Generative AI, with measurable business ROI.

Your Mission

As part of a team of engineers, you will design, develop, and deploy machine learning algorithms into production, while measuring their value and presenting results to key stakeholders.

Your responsibilities include:

• Designing and deploying ML models (recommender systems, classifiers, Generative AI)
• Measuring the ROI of models in production and building business case presentations
• Building CI/CD pipelines and working closely with Data Engineers
• Deploying ML solutions in Vertex AI (GCP)
• Managing project milestones and presenting progress and outcomes to leadership
• Interacting with business teams to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Presenting technical results and project outcomes to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and accessible way

Your Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Data Science and Machine Learning
• Strong specialization in Data Science with proven hands-on experience
• Previous experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), ideally Vertex AI
• Expert in Python and SQL
• Solid experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding of Airflow and Terraform
• Strong business acumen: ability to turn data into actionable business decisions
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical topics simply and effectively
• Experience with Generative AI in production settings is a strong plus
• Proficiency in English mandatory (C1 minimum)

Your Background

• Master’s degree (or higher) in Software Engineering or equivalent
• PhD is a plus but not mandatory
