Software Engineer - (Full Stack)

We’re partnering with a profitable, established FinTech company quietly powering critical decisions. They’re expanding an API-first platform at the intersection of analytics, cloud, and AI — and looking to add a strong full-stack engineer to a high-performing, tight-knit team.

This is not a “lost in the org chart” role. You’ll own real work end-to-end, contribute to meaningful products, and collaborate with engineers who push each other to improve.

What You’ll Work On (bold is key)

• Design and build production-grade REST APIs central to platform strategy
• Develop full-stack features (C# .NET Core + React; ~75% backend)
• Contribute to developer tooling (CLI, API integrations) with external impact
• Support and evolve cloud-based applications (AWS)
• Participate in AI/LLM-driven initiatives (real usage, not buzzwords)
• Maintain and improve existing systems while building new capabilities

What You Bring

• 3–5 years of software engineering experience
• Strong backend experience with C# .NET Core (or similar OOP language)
• Experience building and deploying REST APIs
• Front-end experience with React
• Solid understanding of SQL / relational databases
• Familiarity with AWS environments
• Experience working in Agile teams + Git-based workflows
• Exposure to CI/CD concepts

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Experience with AI/LLM integrations
• Developer tooling / CLI experience
• Exposure to API platforms or SDK ecosystems
• Familiarity with observability tools, authentication protocols, or search technologies

Compensation & Setup

• $130K – $150K base + bonus
• Hybrid: ~2 days/week onsite
