Route Sales Support Representative

This is not a typical drop-and-go role. As a Route Sales Support Representative, you are a direct reflection of the TBHC Brand in the field. You’ll step in to support routes when needed, ensuring every store receives a consistent, high-quality experience. From the moment you walk in, you are focused on delivering exceptional service, building trust, and representing the brand with professionalism and polish.
You are not just delivering product. You are creating an experience. As a Trusted Advisor, you partner with store owners and managers to keep their business running smoothly, their product looking its best, and their customers coming back. Whether you are covering a route, supporting an install, or stepping in to solve a problem, your mindset is simple: serve first, add value, and leave every store better than you found it.
This role includes:
- Driving a TBHC Delivers® truck to convenience stores
- Independently unloading and putting away products at every store
- Partnering with store managers and owners to increase sales
- Maintaining accurate records throughout the day
- $1,000 sign-on bonus
- Competitive starting pay - $50,000+ annually (Safety Bonus and Sales Incentives on top of that!)
- Pay increases after 3 months and 6 months of employment
- 4-day work week with weekends off

- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds (at times), bend and lift to rotate existing stock with new stock
- Ability to climb into a large commercial truck, on average 40 times per day
- Ability to work a 4-day workweek comprised of 14-hour workdays (average workweek is 50 hours)
- Flexibility to work overnight routes as needed
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for three years, including no DUIs
- Ability to meet Federal DOT medical certification requirements/driver eligibility to obtain/maintain a Class B CDL with air brake endorsement
