Role: Parts Account Manager
Reports to: Parts Territory Manager
FLSA Status: Exempt
Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Responsibilities
- Build partnering relationships with customers and individuals responsible for making purchasing decisions
- Manage multiple, ongoing opportunities focused on selling OEM and aftermarket parts & supplies
- Visit and support customer accounts daily
- Identify parts sales opportunities with new and existing customers
- Actively manages sales growth plans for assigned accounts
- Actively make customers aware of product offerings and promotions
- Attend or host sales related entertainment and events, occasionally outside normal business hours
- Possess knowledge of all vendor lines, and be able to demonstrate and discuss with customers
- Growth mindset, team oriented, and driven to win
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 to 5 years HVAC industry experience is required.
- Prior experience in B2B outside sales.
- Excellent initiative, interpersonal communications skills, and a demonstrated ability to influence others.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Valid drivers license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
