As the first AI engineering hire, you will build production-grade LLM orchestration and full-stack systems to automate complex clinical and regulatory analysis for enterprise pharma clients. Working directly with Cambridge-educated founders, you will bridge the gap between raw data and strategic insights, shipping impactful features weekly in a high-intensity, privacy-first environment.
