Infused Solutions has partnered with an innovative client building AI-powered tools that help people improve their professional skills in real-time, embedded directly into their daily workflows.

This role requires someone who doesn't just manage AI products - they actively use AI tools to prototype, research, and accelerate their work.

The current focus is expanding from their initial capability into a broader suite covering critical thinking, collaboration effectiveness, and other professional competencies. Each uses AI to detect skill gaps and provide targeted interventions at the moment they matter.

What You'll Do

• Own product vision and roadmap for an AI-powered professional development platform
• Balance new customer acquisition with retention in a fast-moving early-stage environment
• Champion AI-first product development - actively use AI tools for prototyping, research, and backlog management to elevate team practices
• Build consumer-grade experiences that integrate seamlessly into workplace platforms
• Lead and develop product managers, setting the bar for modern product thinking

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years product leadership experience with consumer-facing applications
• Daily hands-on use of AI tools in your product work (12 months minimum)
• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and how to apply them to features
• Experience leading product managers or senior ICs with proven ability to ship products customers value
• Comfort with ambiguity, data-driven decision making, and strong stakeholder management
