Senior AI Workflow Engineer / AI Platform Engineer (EST OR CST Timezones)

Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Senior AI Workflow Engineer to help drive enterprise AI adoption by building scalable, production-ready AI workflows across the business. This role combines AI orchestration, full-stack engineering, and SRE expertise to rapidly develop and operationalize AI-powered solutions using large language models (LLMs) and agentic workflows.

This is not a model-building role. Instead, you will focus on integrating and optimizing existing LLM technologies to solve real business problems in a secure, scalable, and reliable way.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain AI workflows and agentic systems using modern LLM platforms
• Develop production-grade AI orchestration, evaluation, and self-correcting workflows
• Build scalable infrastructure using Python, Docker, Kubernetes, and SRE best practices
• Determine when to use workflow harnesses, remote LLMs, or platforms such as ChatGPT/OpenAI
• Implement testing, evaluation loops, monitoring, and prompt optimization strategies
• Partner with product and business teams to rapidly prototype and deploy AI-driven solutions
• Evaluate emerging AI tools and frameworks while ensuring workflows remain adaptable across evolving LLM providers
• Incorporate AI security, governance, and information security best practices into workflows

Required Qualifications

• Strong Python engineering background with full-stack and SRE experience
• Hands-on experience building production AI workflows or agentic AI systems
• Expertise with Docker and Kubernetes deployments
• Strong understanding of LLM orchestration, prompting, evaluation loops, and workflow optimization
• Experience building scalable, reliable, and secure systems in production environments
• Ability to work independently and solve ambiguous business problems without detailed specifications

• Experience in real estate, finance, debt markets, or valuation systems
• Passion for emerging AI technologies and continuous experimentation
• Strong curiosity around applying AI to business operations and workflows
