Senior AI / Machine Learning Engineer


Fast growing NY based tech company is building an AI-native platform that helps financial institutions and businesses analyze data, automate complex workflows, and make faster decisions.

We’re looking for a Senior AI / ML Engineer to help design and build the intelligence layer of the platform from the ground up.

This is a foundational engineering role. You’ll work directly with the founding team to build production AI systems that power a real product for internal and external business users.


What You’ll Do

  • Design and deploy machine learning systems for financial data and workflows
  • Build scalable AI services and inference pipelines
  • Integrate LLM-powered capabilities into core platform features
  • Work across the stack with product, backend, and data engineers
  • Help define the architecture of our AI platform as it scales


We’re Looking For Someone Who

  • Has 5+ years building production ML systems
  • Is highly proficient in Python
  • Has strong experience with frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow
  • Has deployed and operated ML systems in production
  • Is comfortable working with messy real-world data
  • Thrives in fast-moving startup environments


Bonus

  • Experience with fintech or financial datasets
  • LLMs, RAG systems, or vector search
  • Distributed ML systems or high-scale inference
