Job Title: Senior Full Stack AEM Developer

Position Type: Full Time, Permanent

Location: 4 Days on site per week in Chicago, Illinois or Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Salary/Contact Rate: $120,000-$150,000 DOE

Our client, a Global Machinery Manufacturer, is seeking a skilled Senior Full Stack AEM Developer to join their growing team.

Job Description:

• Develop and implement Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Configure and customize AEM components, templates, and workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Adobe Experience Cloud platform.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Provide technical guidance and support to other team members.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Adobe Experience Cloud technologies.
• Contribute to project documentation.
• Manage and maintain the Adobe Experience Cloud environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) 6x
• Solid knowledge of AEM architecture, including OSGi, Sling, JCR, Apache Felix, and Lucene indexing.
• Strong Java/J2EE programming skills, with hands-on experience in Sling Models and OSGi bundles.
• Proficiency in frontend technologies like Sightly/HTL, JavaScript (ES6+), SASS, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js is a plus).
• Familiarity with AEM SPA templating and front-end integrations.
• Basic SQL knowledge and an understanding of Linux-based environments.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Adobe Certified Expert in AEM is a plus.
• Experience with other Adobe Experience Cloud solutions (e.g., Analytics, Target, Audience Manager) is a plus.
