We are looking for a reliable, self-motivated team player to handle our center’s HR tasks, new hire onboarding, and nursing schedules.
What You'll Do
- Scheduling: Develops and maintain the CNA and nursing staff schedules, making changes as staffing needs come up.
- Hiring & Onboarding: Post job openings, welcome new hires, and lead new employee orientations.
- Employee Engagement: Track staff retention, share employee satisfaction surveys, and promote our tuition reimbursement program.
- Team Support: Work with center leadership to support staff needs and build good relationships with local schools.
- 1–2 years of Human Resources experience, required.
- At least 1 year of scheduling experience (healthcare or long-term care experience is preferred).
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can pivot quickly between tasks, and meets deadlines without losing sight of the details.
- Great communication skills and a positive attitude.
