AI Engineer

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop AI solutions using Python, focused on LLMs and applied machine learning
• Design and refine prompting strategies for summarization, extraction, and question answering
• Build AI pipelines to harvest, process, and understand unstructured documents
• Implement LLM-based summarization and insight generation at scale
• Build and evolve solutions using AI agentic frameworks (e.g., task planning, tool use, multi-step reasoning)
• Maintain and improve retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) using Azure AI Search
• Apply language-to-SQL and natural language interfaces over structured data
• Leverage AI orchestration frameworks, e.g., LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel
• Evaluate AI outputs and continuously improve quality, accuracy, and reliability
• Collaborate with engineers to integrate AI capabilities into applications and workflows
• Use SQL to support AI pipelines, evaluation, and analysis
• Contribute to backend services as needed (C# / .NET exposure is a plus)
• Partner with frontend teams to help surface AI-driven features
