Job Title: Copilot Studio Developer / AI Agent Developer (Hiring day onsite interviews in Charlotte on June 2)

Duration: 12 months with extension possible to 18 months

Location: Charlotte, NC (3 days per week onsite)

Other Approved Locations: Kennesaw, GA

Pay Scale: $60-65/hr W2 (Cannot subcontract or C2C)

Matlen Silver is recruiting for a Copilot Studio / AI Agent Developer consultant to design and deliver intelligent agents that integrate with enterprise applications. This role focuses on building AI-powered automation solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate has experience developing and deploying AI agents in enterprise environments and can translate business requirements into automated workflows and conversational agents.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Build automation workflows using Power Automate and develop applications with Power Apps.
• Integrate AI agents with existing enterprise applications and internal systems.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop supporting scripts and integrations using Python where needed.
• Deliver scalable, production-ready AI agents that enhance automation and user interaction.
• Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning and solution design.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of overall technology experience.
• Hands-on experience developing AI agents or intelligent automation solutions.
• Experience building and delivering AI agents in enterprise environments.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or similar conversational AI platforms.
• Hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Python development/scripting experience.
• Experience integrating automation solutions with enterprise applications.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with financial services or other large enterprise environments.
• Experience implementing AI solutions that integrate with enterprise data platforms.
• Exposure to enterprise AI governance or responsible AI practices.
