What You Will Do

• Build and ship core AI voice agent product features across the full stack.
• Own the product lifecycle from customer needs to solution delivery and iteration.
• Apply best practices in testing, documentation, and reliability to raise the bar.

The ideal candidate

• Strong fundamentals and 5+ years production experience with React, TypeScript, Python.
• Proven track record building and shipping AI products end-to-end.
• Customer-obsessed, biased for action, with an owner's mindset for 0-to-1 building.
