HR Generalist | Healthcare Industry

We’re looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join a growing healthcare organization in Wethersfield, CT. This is a great opportunity for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting employees, managing HR operations, and driving day-to-day HR initiatives within a healthcare setting.


What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the primary HR point of contact for assigned colleague groups
  • Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality
  • Support daily HR operations, employee records, and administrative processes
  • Maintain and update HR systems and employee data accurately
  • Assist with onboarding, policy guidance, and HR-related inquiries
  • Coordinate HR documentation and support various administrative functions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support a positive employee experience


What You Bring:

  • 2–3 years of HR Generalist experience required
  • Strong employee relations experience is a must
  • Experience working with HR systems and maintaining employee data
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment
  • Professional, detail-oriented, and highly dependable
  • Healthcare industry experience is a plus

📍 Location: Wethersfield, CT 06109 (Onsite)

💵 Pay: $25 – $30/hour.

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
