Job Summary
The Office Manager is a critical stabilizer within our organization. This role is responsible for
driving administrative consistency, ensuring the office remains professional and welcoming, and
supporting the team with reliable service. We are looking for an individual who excels in a
structured environment and can manage multiple process-oriented tasks with total accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
● Office Operations: Oversee daily administrative functions, coordinate with
vendors/contractors, and manage office supply inventory.
● Professional Hosting: Act as the primary host, ensuring a welcoming environment and
handling all calls and correspondence professionally.
● Financial & Admin Support: Support accounting functions (invoicing, expense tracking,
AP/AR) and maintain precise physical and digital filing systems.
● Coordination: Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and company events
while ensuring compliance with company policies.
● Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance office efficiency
and workflow.
Qualifications & Experience
● Experience: 3+ years of administrative or office management experience.
● Education: High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business
preferred.
● Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); basic
knowledge of bookkeeping/accounting preferred.
● Core Competencies: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent
interpersonal abilities, and the capacity to make sound, independent decisions.
● Leadership: Proven ability in time management, problem-solving, and attention to
detail.
Work Environment
● Onsite: Salt Lake City, UT.
● Availability: Standard business hours; may require occasional extended hours to meet
performance deadlines.
