About the Company



We are seeking experienced Full Stack Developers to support the development of a next-generation self-directed investing platform. The selected candidates will work closely with engineering teams to design, develop, and enhance scalable web applications while leveraging AI-powered development tools to accelerate delivery and improve efficiency.



About the Role


This role is 5 days onsite and open for only W2 candidates. Candidates who need Visa sponsorship (now or in the future) Candidates looking for Visa transfers or want to work only on a CTC basis will not be considered.


Candidates in the Tri-state area will be given preference.



Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and maintain front-end and back-end components of enterprise web applications.
  • Build scalable and responsive applications using modern frameworks and programming languages.
  • Collaborate with project managers, designers, and cross-functional development teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
  • Design and implement intuitive user interfaces with a focus on performance and user experience.
  • Develop server-side logic, APIs, and database integrations to support application functionality.
  • Ensure application performance, scalability, responsiveness, and security best practices.
  • Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to maintain application reliability and quality.
  • Utilize AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering practices to optimize software delivery.


Qualifications



  • 6–9 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.


Required Skills



  • Strong hands-on expertise in React.js for front-end development.
  • Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot for back-end development.
  • Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs and microservices.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted coding and productivity tools to accelerate development workflows.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), testing, and debugging practices.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills in Agile development environments.

  • This is an onsite role requiring 5 days per week in New York, NY.
