Generative AI Engineer / Gen AI Consultant

Location: Miami, FL or Dallas, TX (Hybrid Role)

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall IT experience with 3+ years in Generative AI / AI-ML projects
• Strong experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, Llama, Claude, Gemini, etc.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Python
• LangChain / LlamaIndex
• RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
• Vector Databases (Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB, Weaviate)
• Prompt Engineering
• AI Agents / Autonomous Workflows
• Experience with Machine Learning and Deep Learning frameworks:
• TensorFlow / PyTorch
• Scikit-learn
• Strong cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience with OpenAI APIs and enterprise AI integrations
• Knowledge of Data Engineering concepts and APIs
• Experience working with structured and unstructured data
• Strong understanding of AI governance, model security, and responsible AI practices
• Banking/Financial domain experience is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines and AI-powered applications
• Develop intelligent chatbots, document summarization, and automation solutions
• Fine-tune and evaluate LLM models for business use cases
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, data engineering, and cloud teams
• Ensure scalability, performance, and security of AI applications
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Banking or Financial Services projects
• Knowledge of MLOps and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and Docker
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
