Position: Intermediate Full Stack – Software Developer

Duration: 1 Year assignment (contract)

Client Location: Toronto (Onsite: 7.25 hours/day between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday)

Engagement Model: Professional Services Engagement – B2B (Incorporated Entities Only)

About the Engagement

Akkodis is seeking an Intermediate Full Stack – Software Developer to support the design, development, enhancement, and sustainment of enterprise‑grade web applications within a complex public‑sector environment. The successful consultant will bring hands‑on experience across .NET‑based backend development, modern front‑end frameworks, Azure cloud services, headless CMS platforms, and CI/CD pipelines, while ensuring applications meet AODA / WCAG Level AA accessibility standards.

Scope

• Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack web applications using .NET, Angular, and Azure technologies
• Integrate cloud services and APIs into scalable, secure solutions
• Support CI/CD pipelines, application releases, and sustainment activities
• Collaborate with cross‑functional technical and business teams using Agile delivery practices.

Assignment Deliverables

• Full‑stack web application components (front‑end, back‑end, integrations)
• Azure‑based solutions leveraging Functions, Logic Apps, Web Jobs, and API Management
• Headless CMS integrations and content delivery solutions
• Site‑wide search implementations using Azure Cognitive Search.

Expertise Required

Must Have:

• Headless Content Management System (CMS) experience – e.g. Kontent.AI, familiar with CMS delivery and management API
• .NET framework (4.0+), ASP.NET development, MVC, Entity framework, business entities, WCF, WFF, MS Dynamics, LINQ, preferable experience in implementing projects tracking solutions with Workflow engine + accessibility
• Experience in integrating Azure cloud services into solutions, such as Azure Cloud Function App, Azure Logic Apps, Web Job and API management policies
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines to manage various environments and cloud deployments, CLI tool experience.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with headless CMS platforms beyond Kontent.AI
• Exposure to Azure DevOps, JIRA, and Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks
• Experience with API documentation standards such as Swagger / OpenAPI.
