Technical Lead

Overview

LABUR is partnering with a client to identify a Tech Delivery Lead who works closely with the Solution Architect to lead the an emerging AI capability, setting and managing the product roadmap while guiding teams and stakeholders through successful delivery. The Tech Delivery Lead serves as the primary business translator for requirements intake and information dissemination, coordinates with external teams and technologies, and collaboratively shapes the future of current and new use cases. A strong AI/ML background is essential, as this role will champion the transformation from traditional manual development to AI-centric development practices and ensure the product delivers ongoing value to end users.

Responsibilities

• Set an ambitious and clear product vision and communicate it effectively to stakeholders, teams, and the broader unit
• Drive end-to-end delivery strategy from inception to production, collaborating with stakeholders to align digital vision with business requirements
• Lead teams through the transformation from manual development practices to AI-centric development methodologies, leveraging tools such as Claude Code and AWS Bedrock
• Contribute to architectural decisions and lead refactoring initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards and cloud-native technical patterns
• Establish product business value alongside leadership, developing KPIs and quantitative success measures understandable across organizational levels
• Facilitate agile ceremonies including release planning and weekly demos, manage backlogs, track team-level metrics, and remove blockers to maximize velocity
• Integrate usability studies and research into product requirements to ensure customer-driven design, coordinating with external teams providing key inputs or outputs to the solution

• Strong AI/ML background with hands-on experience leveraging AI platforms and tools such as Claude Code and AWS Bedrock
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams through technology transformation from manual development workflows to AI-centric practices
• Experience refactoring solutions and contributing to architectural decisions aligned with enterprise standards and cloud-native architectures
• Proven knowledge of Quote to Cash domain concepts (Quoting, Pricing, Contracting)
• Deep experience leading agile teams, facilitating ceremonies, managing backlogs, and driving release planning
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to translate between technical and business stakeholders at varying organizational levels
• Technical background as a developer or architect preferred

$100-$105/hr - Dependent on fit and experience
