Leartes Studios is a fast-growing game development company that collaborates with industry leaders such as Microsoft, Epic Games, Adobe, and Nintendo. We are one of the top publishers on the Unreal Engine Marketplace and Unity Asset Store.

We’re looking for an Unreal Engine Game Developer to support our development team and help create gameplay mechanics and systems. You’ll implement features, debug code, and help optimize game performance. If you’re eager to learn, enjoy problem-solving, and want to grow by building high-quality games with a creative and driven team, this role is for you.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Implement gameplay mechanics and systems using C++ and Blueprints
• Collaborate with designers and artists to integrate assets and features
• Debug, profile, and optimize game code for better performance
• Assist in maintaining code stability and fixing bugs
• Write clean, organized, and documented code

🧩 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or currently pursuing)
• Strong proficiency in Unreal Engine 5, with a focus on gameplay programming
• Solid knowledge of C++ and Blueprint scripting
• Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Game Physics and Logic
• Problem-solving mindset, self-motivated, and eager to learn
• Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate in English (written & verbal)
