Responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support to the management team
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate department
- Greeting/Directing office visitors
- Responding to emails and other correspondence
- Assisting with document preparation and filing
- Performing data entry and maintaining databases
- Other general administrative duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Bilingual - English and Spanish
