Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Representative role with opportunities in Salt Lake City, Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, and San Francisco. The Business Development Representative will focus on generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales opportunities. Key responsibilities include identifying potential customers, conducting cold outreach, developing and maintaining client pipelines, and supporting sales strategies to meet business objectives. The role also requires collaboration with internal teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify, qualify, and engage potential clients
- Strong Communication skills with the ability to articulate solutions effectively and build client relationships
- Experience in Sales and Business Development, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Goal-oriented mindset, ability to manage multiple priorities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Self-motivation with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Familiarity with Hubspot software and other sales tools is a plus
