Lead Full-stack Developer (.NET+Azure+ReactJS)

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Full-stack Developer to drive the development of scalable, robust applications using .NET, Azure and ReactJS. This is a hands-on technical role focused on execution and delivery, ideal for a passionate technologist with expertise in end-to-end application development and advanced cloud solutions.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the complete application development lifecycle from concept to deployment
• Design and architect scalable and high-performance solutions using .NET, Azure and ReactJS
• Leverage AI tools like GitHub Copilot to enhance development processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with business needs
• Write clean, maintainable and optimized code while conducting in-depth code reviews
• Troubleshoot, debug and implement optimizations for high-quality applications

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience with .NET and ReactJS
• Strong proficiency with Azure and MS SQL; familiarity with GitHub Copilot or similar AI tools
• Solid understanding of microservices, serverless or event-driven architecture patterns
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes and infrastructure as code
• Expertise in problem-solving, attention to technical detail and the pursuit of technical excellence
• Capability to work independently showcasing a self-motivated and results-driven mindset
• Clear communication skills to convey technical concepts effectively
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
